James installed our system as part of a separate company before starting Piece of Mind. He was a stand up guy then, even more so years later. Today, he showed up to help us trouble shoot an issue. We are in a frigidly cold snap of weather, he fit us into his already busy day and climbed up to our attic to take a look. Fortunately, It was an easy fix that he did free of charge. He humbly said “no charge, I didn’t do anything.” But he did. He returned our call, he made time, he showed up, he restored our heat before night time and falling temperatures.
